It was another great week of basketball as some teams have improved dramatically since the first week of play while others still need to find their groove.  Here is a quick summary of the days games:

The Raptors (2-0) had some early difficulties figuring out an improved Rebels (o-2) line up, but the Raps used tough defense and explosive plays to cruise to a 67-46 win.

Dynasty (1-1) held on to their first AABL win (56-52) by holding off a late Rockets (0-2) rally and playing impressive team ball.

Defending Champs Quiet Storm (2-0) seemed desperate at times trying to hold down a pesky Tropics (1-1) squad, but they stay composed with solid late game possessions to close the deal 53-48.

The Wildcats (2-0) spoiled what was to be the game of the day by thoroughly dismantling a Forwarders (0-2) squad that just couldn’t get it going all game long, 59-39.

Although down for most of the game, Soldiers (1-1) also got their first AABL win (52-37) in upset fashion by simply playing better team ball down the stretch against a shocked Dream Team (1-1) that unraveled at the seams.

In a 40-31 victory, a new-look Blazers (1-1) squad got into the win column by jumping off to a hot start against a Skymax (0-2) team that seemed to need a half of game play to warm-up.
